Daily water consumption

Question
Recently I've started the process of disciplining myself to drink
lots of water each day, from 60 - 80 oz. I'm on my 3rd day of
forming this new habit. Frankly, I don't feel too well. I've noticed
an increase in heartburn and, of course, many more visits to the
bathroom. Is this due to toxins being expelled?

Answer
HI Gabriel.

Unless you sweat it out, water should leave that way. I never found it to be a discipline. Esp. first thing in the morning, I just guzzle it. Some like it cold, I prefer it room temp.

Most folks plagued with heartburn find it decreased with more water. Perhaps something else is floating up with increased water.

Try not mixing carbs and protein at the same meal - say have a steak and a salad OR a baked potato and a salad, but never all three.  More at http://www.premiuimfuel.com
