eating healthily for weight loss

Question
Hi,i am normally a size 12 and have always had a fairly flat stomach even after having two children. However just recently i have found that meal times do not satisfy me.Immediately after eating i am raiding the cupboards and binge eating between meals. This has been happening since i had my daughter 5 months ago.Now i have gone up to a size 14 and have a very unsightly flabby stomach having increased 5 inches and 2 stone in weight. This is making me very unhappy and i have been depressed about it.I wish to lose the weight and the stomach so i can be confident about myself again. Please advise me on what i can do?chebionne.

Answer
Hi Chebionne,

When you feel hungry, eat, and the sooner you respond, the better a choice you can make. I wonder if you went too long without eating before a meal? No Body can eat too much raw fruit, or raw/slightly cooked non-starchy vegetables. Raw nuts are another good snack. Have a salad or some soup before supper?
