THANK YOU SO MUCH

Question
GOD BLESS YOU Reverend! Thank you so much for your help. I was going crazy with this as it basically took an hour away from my day[due to sleeping].
You have reassured me that it is nothing and today, after reading your site yesterday, I literally followed exactly what you put out there and I DID NOT feel sleepy!
With foods like pasta, I never know how much a serving is as I just take from a pot and the boxes don't say anything about the serving size of the foods once it is cooked!
If you don't mind, the next time I feel sleepy due to a meal, I would like to e-mail you what I ate that day and would like you tell me if I ate the right portion size.
You've truly added hours onto a person's life and I can't thank you enough for that.I appreciate your help greatly.

Answer
Jeff, thank YOU for being so nice! I'm very glad you found results so quickly.
We are walking 'measuring cups' you know? A serving size of pretty much anything (except for fruits and veggies) is going to be about the size of your palm or your fist (or the size of a deck of playing cards).

A serving of something like 'ice cream', pudding, custard, etc. will fit in a custard dish - or one of those pudding cups that come in those attached 6 packs.  This usually surprises people a LOT! We all think a serving of this stuff is a cereal bowl full!

A serving of cheese is about the size of 4 dice.

I'm pretty  sure I've got a link at my site to easy ways to figure out sizes and portions - it's right next to the scales at www.GetTheReal.info

You'll be amazed!
Thank you again for such kind and supportive comments!
