Hi,

Can u let me know that is Whey protien derived only from  milk not from meat. I am vegetarian + non vegetarian but I am a Muslim and need to know that wheather Whey protien supplment is Halal for Mulsim. I mean its, ingredient does not come from animal?

Whey protein is just from the milk. It's a byproduct of cheese making.

The best choice for protein for you in keeping with your beliefs, would be from legumes (anything that grows in a pod), like soy, peanuts, etc.
 Soy milk is often supplemented with protein and is a favorite for vegetarians. There is even soy 'ice cream' that has no dairy whatsoever, but is very good!
