New job - Insurance body

Question
Six months ago, I changed jobs, from a bartender (active) to selling insurance (sitting pretty much all day).  I have gained a significant amount of weight even thought I try to go to the gym 3 times a week.  I am 5 ft tall, 25 and 120 pounds.  That may be OK but my $300 suits no longer fit and I am frustrated.  What is a good range for calorie intake and is there a chart that will tell me what are good foods (I love to eat) that will satisfy me but keep me fit?

Thanks,

Katie

Answer
HI Katie,

Plain water, whole grains, raw fruit, a little protein...pay attention to the quality, quantity will take care of itself. 30 minutes a day of breathing hard, walk briskly, climb stairs, dance to fav music, anything. 3 minutes x 10, 10 minutes x 3, whatever.
