i am really suffering having alim body.I wants to increase my body weight with proper structure.do exercise will works for me?what shall i really need to do to solve this problem.one more thing is that i have started to smoke 5 months back.before 5 months my body was ok.but it started losing after i have started smoking.
now i have put decrease in having cigarettes in my routine.
now i smoke in the morning after having a tea and after having my dinner.
if i go through my health it is quite good,the only problem is my slim body.
what i really need to do.

Exercise can definitely help you to build bulk. It is important to work with a professional such as a personal trainer to learn how to exercise properly so that you get the results you are looking for.
As far as diet, check out www.mypyramid.gov to find out what and how much you should be eating for your age, activity level, etc...
My last suggestion would be to cut out smoking entirely. If you are in good health now, why ruin it with smoking! Even a little smoking can have negative impacts on your health.
