Eating better!

Question
Hey there!  I have a very busy lifestyle right now.  I work 2 jobs, go to school full- time and play for the softball team.  But now things are starting to slow down due to winter setting in.  Im always running around and I always feel like I'm never eating right.  I try to eat healthier but I always slip up and catch myself going to get a sandwich or sub that I know I shouldnt be eating so late or ontop of all I have already eaten.  Ive been trying to eat more meals a day but I'm running out of ideas of what to fix to eat.  I have cut a lot of caffeine out of my daily diet.  I do not drink sodas anymore but mostly water.  I truely do feel alot better but I believe there is so much more I could do.  I would like to lose 15-20 pounds that I recklessly put on in the past year and a half.  Any suggestions?

Answer
The best suggestion is to eat a well-balanced diet and exercise regularly.  A good site to get ideas on more foods to eat is www.mypyramid.gov.  It will give you an idea of what and how much you should be eating daily.
If you are looking for individualized consultation, menus, etc... I do offer such services via my web site: www.Nutrifocus.net.
Thanks,
