Are cooking sprays fattening?

Question
HELLO HOW ARE YOU? I have a simple question about cooking-srays.  I am on a weight-loss diet and i use Pam, Wesson or any other brand of Cooking Sprays for my weight-loss diet, to stir-fry the vegetables, to spread it on my boiled rice, potatoes, etc.  And i would like to know if cooking sprays are really calorie-free as the nutrition labels claim?

Please answer me, because i have noticed that a lot of foods out there contain hidden calories, even if their nutrition lables says that they have zero calories, or calorie-free.

Thanks and have a nice day

Answer
I use extra virgin olive oil and real butter when called for.

Steam potatoes, don't boil them!

Focus on the quality of what you eat and the quantity takes care of itself. Real food, not phoney chemicals like Pam.
