Can caffeine can be the reason for puffy face?

i was wondering if caffine makes your face puffy. because i am not a very big person, but have chubby cheeks and take caffine pills sometimes, as well as drink caffine.  could this be why?  thanks

I don't think caffeine can be the reason for puffy face. Caffeine is a potent diuretic making your body get rid of water is it's retained in the tissues. You might notice that your finger ring gets looser after a cup of tea or coffee.

You've mentioned "chubby cheeks" -- and this might be a different matter if there's some extra fat under the skin. Some people had success with facial gymnastics. See references below to learn more:
