Is there a diet that doesnt require will power?

Question
i have a problem with sticking to a diet, all i want us to lose around
20lbs, but i can never stick to my diets, i cant say ive tried any because each of
them lasted half a day or jus been planned and not started.
no will power.
help!

Answer

Low carb diets, though less popular recently, still do wonders for people without willpower.

Research showed that even if low carb dieters ate all they wanted, they ate less than low fat dieters. Plus, when they were forced to eat even 300 Cal. a day more, they still lost more weight.
