protein and esential protein

Question
i eat fish and cheese which have complete protein. and i eat cereal which have partial of complete protein. and i eat legume which also have partial of complete protein. but eating legume and cereal in the same day can do complete protein. when i sum the grams of each  esential amino acid (in the food i eat every day)for example: the sum of tryptophan is 0.9 gram ,
the sum of isoleucine is 3.2 grams, the sum of methionine is 1.9 grams
etc....  how  i determine how much complete protein i eat every day?

Answer
Not sure why you want to add each and everyone up, but if you are a vegetarian eating fish and cheese, to ensure you get all of your essential amino acids (or complete proteins) just be sure to eat a variety of vegetables and grains along with your fish and cheese to get what you need everyday.  You should get plenty without having to worry about each and every food you eat.  SOY FOODS are also complete proteins and can nicely compliment your vegetarian diet.
If you need to know exactly how much complete protein you eat you would need to keep track of all 9 essential amino acids, which is what makes up a complete protein.  Though that is not necessary if you are eating a healthy and balanced diet, vegetarian or not.
