hi, im 17 5'4'' and 115 lbs. ive have recently gained 10 lbs and hope to go back to my normal weight of 105lbs.
this weight began when i bagan eating whole boxes of granola bars and ice cream.
if i go on a 1500 cal per day diet and excersie for 20 mins for 4 days a week, how long will it take me to lose the weight? and is there any thing i could do about the appearance of my inner thighs?
