Question
How long after eating does the body complety burn the carlories/far from the meal?  In other words for example if I at the cake two days ago and still maintained my weight can I still gain weight from that cake?  I hope this makes sense.

Hey Steven,

Yes it makes sense, and no you cant. usually if you eat regularly it will take your body 3-4 hours to digest a meal. And before that there are a certain number of calories that are burned during digestion depending on the food combination
