Low fat Mayonnaise

Question
Hi,
My name is Val and I have one question:  What is in miracle whip or any other mayo that is SO BAD for you?  I have heard from a couple different sources that it it just garbage and you should never eat it.  What do you think?
          Looking forward to your response.

Answer
Miracle Whip comparing with real Mayo has additional carbohydrates: high fructose corn syrup, starches, and table sugar. The bad thing about it is that it has no essential nutrients at all: no vitamins, no calcium but lots of bad saturated fats (just one tablespoonful fills 5 percent of the slot for your daily allowance for fat, good fats including!) and sodium.

Here are nutrition facts.
