No Sugar Diet

Question
Hi Susan!
My husband and I are dieting and he is insisting on a NO sugar diet.  I'm ok with this, and it's working, but my worry is this... can not having ANY sugar (not even fruit, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.) cause diabetes?  Is this healthy?
Thanks!

Answer
Hi Jen,

Glad you asked! There is NO comparison of refined sugar and the sugar in fresh raw fruit. No Body ever got too fat from scarfing up too much fresh fruit.

There was no diabetes before refined sugar.
