Drinks after meals: warm, cold, or none?

Is it true that you are suppose to drink a warm beverage after  eating.  if that's true what the difference.

Answer
It depend on what standpoint you are asking from. For example, Chinese tradition suggests that you drink hot tea with and after greasy foods.

On the other hand, considering that any drink, hot or cold, goes down your intestines well before the meal bulk goes, even when it's consumed after the meal, I can imagine that its volume can create the sense of fullness on lower calories so you don't keep munching after your meal.
