I had set a goal to loose 20lbs starting March 5th, ending June 5th 2007, I have kept my cal intake below 1500 cal 6days a wk, and around 2000 one day, I started at 171 5'3, 38 yrs. a trainer had recomended 1600-1800 to loose 2.5 wk, I do cardio 45 - 60 min. 6 days wk adding weight 2 days. today april 2nd I am 169. What could be going on to not have a little better success? not giving up! dropping calories to 1200 starting today see how this month goes!?  thank you for your time.  :)
