Overactive Bladder?

Question
I am on the Nutrisystem diet. I have lost nearly 20 pounds.
When i first got on the diet i began to urinate constantly and it was always extreamly clear and was within about 10 - 20 min of the last session of going to the bathroom. I figured that i just lost alot of water that was being stored in my body and thats how i lost a big portion of fat?
is that true is could this be something else?
I drink more than 8 glasses of 8oz water a day i also exercise regularly i am a male im 20 years old and weigh 170lbs. im asking because its happening again, but im still on the diet.

Answer
I cannot tell you why you are urinating more.  That is really a question you should discuss with your doctor if you are concerned.

I did want to point out however losing stored water from your body does NOT mean you lost body fat.  Those are two very different body compositions.  Most people do lose some stored water in the body when starting a weight loss program but you are just losing water.  That doesn't mean you are losing fat.

If you have made no unusual changes in your diet or physical activity and are all of a sudden urinating more often then you should definitely see your doctor.
