what does one a day weight smart do? cause everytime i take them i have to throw up

The vitamin people have come up with a weight loss product that may or may not work.  It contains high levels of caffeine in the form of ECGC or green tea extract.  I've heard many reports of nausea from this product.  If you're having stomach problems with it, I would recommend switching to something else.
