Question
Hi i dont know if this is the section where i should ask this well my friend told me that when my pms arrives i should watch what i eat cause i gain weight twice as much and twice as fast is that true? should i watch what i eat? and i have a friend she's really concerned about this and she's been starving herself everytime she has her period what should i tell her so that she will stop doing that?

Answer
Dear Adriana, Your period or the time right before your period, has nothing to do with how you burn calories. Your period or PMS might cause some water weight gain, but as the week progresses so does the water weight. Starving is never a good thing to do. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
