i am so slim and when i do hard phisical activity for a while i lose weight easily , i need to increase my wheight , although it maybe ridiculous but i need to increase it .

Hello Mostafa,

Though much more people are working hard to lose weight then to gain it, it seems to be a more difficult task to build muscle - you don't want to gain fat, right?

In two words, you'll need to consume enough quality protein AND start a good strength training program. I suggest that you get information from the best muscle building experts possible.
