I am writing an article for a fresh fruit and vegetable stand. Can you give me a quick statement regarding the benefit of eating these as part of your daily diet. Especially regarding teens and children diets. Any quick healthy smoothies or recipe that teens and kids might actually like?

Fruits and vegetables are important for kids and teens because they supply fiber, vitamins, enzymes, and other needed nutrients including protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats. Fruits especially are low in calories and provide quick energy from simple sugars. Vegetables provide fiber, protein, iron, and more. Sorry, but I don't have any smoothie recipes. Hope that helps,
