I have a couple questions.

Question
Hi Nevil; I have a couple questions about a couple things and I hope you can help me with them.
A few things about me::::  "Sex-Male,Age-18,Weight-167lbs."

My first question is about my weight I should say.  I used to weigh 200lbs in the October/November of last year and it started decreasing.. It went from 200 to 190 in about 5-7 days, then from 190 to 175 in another couple months to eventually 167.. I got on the scale at my house a few weeks ago and was 167, so I even used my girlfriend's scale to make sure ours wasn't just messed up. Hers said the same thing as ours..

I looked at it a couple weeks ago and I was 160..  Now I looked at it a couple days ago and I'm 167 again.. Is this healthy?  Since October/November and before, I have been non-exercise active.
--------------------------
#2-My second question is about my physical appearance.. I'm 167 as I mentioned a couple times, and I'm not necessarily "fat", but I don't have any abs either and I want to get them beter so they can show.. My girlfriend claims I'm not fat, but I disagree usually.  I'm not too fat, but I want abs (like 6-pack,ect) like alot of guys in movies and on covers of magazines.  Can you help please?
-----------------
#3-Do you have any help to keep my current weight, but get better abs.. I've heard that I have to burn more calories or carbs than I take in, but how can I do that?.  Can you please possibly make me a schedule of what kinds of exercises I have to do?  I want to get better abs because I want to look more impressive to myself, my girlfriend, and I was thinking of going back into Martial Arts like when I was in Elementary School,/ learn Kickboxing sometime in the near future-and I thought less fat would help keep balance, increase my already-decent speed, and increase my stamina & endurance that don't last long when I try running/jogging.

Thanks very much ,and I hope to hear from you soon!

Answer
Hi Matt,
I can't understand why your weight would go down if you are not doing anything specific. It must be down to what you are eating or there is something wrong with your digestive system- that would mean that you are feeling hungry. Is that the way you feel most days?

It is the fat percentage that will determine whether you will be able to see your abs. You can get an idea at my site: www.thinkslimntrim.org
Go on there and put in your details, choosing the sports option from the list of surveys and see what it gives you.

Do not be misled by the magazine cover shots. These guys have incredibly strict  training systems and personal coaches as well as being predisposed to a low bodyfat. You can only be the best your bodytype will allow.
It's like saying you have a jeep and want it to look and drive like a Farrari!

As for your third question, that would be better done thorugh a phone call to personalise it for you. If you want me to chat with you and design a plan please put in a private reply with your contact number ( a landline please), time zone and when you are available.
I help clients all around the world to better physical and mental health, so i feel confident I can help you as well.

Looking forward to helping you out.

Regards

Nevil
