Is ephedra free Hydroxycut safe?

I have just started taking ephedra free carb control Hydroxycut. Frankly, I am quite apprehensive of the side effects after reading extensively about the product on the internet. What is your opinion? Does it have life threathening side effects? Please let me know

In my opinion, I would not bother with anything synthetic as there is so much natural and herbal based nutrition available.
I wouldn't touch any forced hunger/carb/fat control systems as they mess up the body and can possibly lead to fatal consequences.
Why do you want to go down this route? Nobody has achieved long term great health on any of these substances.
Go the natural way with supplements and a quality support system and you'll find your absolute best health.
