Question
I recently had a baby girl and have a belly.  What are some good exercises to help me with losing the weight?  Also, what kind of foods are good for healthy weight loss?  Thank you

Hi Alexandria,

I can recommend a great resource called www.workoutpass.com

I use it for my clients and myself as there is so much great info on specific exercises for practically any area.
As for the foods, focus on a balance whenever you eat- i.e. protein/carbs/fats and also increase or supplement with vitamins and minerals. Finally, nothing will work unless you remain fully hydrated each day.
