sugar issues

Question
Because of certain health issues, I have to be very careful to avoid sugars and carbohydrates.  I've got the system down pretty good, but I am at a loss to find good, healthy desserts.  (every once in a while, you just need something sweet!)  Even natural sugars found in fruits can have an adverse affect on my blood sugar.
So I have 2 questions:
1. What fruits have the lowest sugar levels?
2. Do you know of any GOOD brands of sugar-free ice cream?  The only brand I've found so far is Turkey Hill, and it's really not tasty at all.

thanks in advance for your help!

Answer
As far as sugar content of fruit you can check this out:
http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/whattoeat/a/whatfruit.htm.I highly recommend visiting a dietitian who can help you out with your special diet needs.  By avoiding carbohydrates you are missing out on many essential nutrients.  A dietitian can show you how to include some of these foods without affecting your blood sugar too much.
As far as the ice cream I am not really sure about which ones taste best.  Your best bet is to taste test them yourself.  That is really an individual preference.
