Appetite suppressant

Question
What is the most effective appetite suppressant? I抳e tried self-control, but need help to keep from binging. It抯 been a while since I have tried anything, but when I did-- nothing worked.  I抳e recently been diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and need to lose some weight.  Various stuff on the Internet/eBay includes: rimonabant (Acomplia) Alli,  Hoodia Gordonii,  Extreme Diet Burn.  What is the best?

Answer
Hoodia has had the best track record with my clients.  It is a great appetite suppressant without the jittery feeling of some others that contain caffeine or other stimulants.

Alli is not an appetite suppressant.  It works in your digestive system to keep you from metabolizing fat.  Not a good choice.

Extreme Diet Burn contains guarana, an herb with 5 times the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee.  Not a good choice.

Rimonabant has had several bad reports on side effects including severe depression.  Also not a good choice.

Thank you for your question, Roger.  I hope that my answer was helpful.
