i have to lose weight

Hello,
I have 13 years. i weight 53 kilos and 150 cm lenght,
I am a bit fat at my thighs an groins , and i have marks because i was fatter and i lost a kilo or two so this part is loose , and i need exercises to stretch this part, i'll really appreciate your help.

Dear Donia, I think at your age, your skin should shrink right back to the way it was, the marks are probably stretch marks and will take years to fade. Walking is a great exercise to tone your legs and thighs, start with 30 minutes everyday. There are many stretching exercises, you will have to search stretching to find pictures on what to do, or just get a book on stretching to show you how. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
