Hi, I really want to loose weight before beginning my first year at high school. it seems as though i cannot stick to anything. I need help to stick to a good diet so i can loose a good portion of weight before school. Can you help me?

So, a good diet is nothing more than a balanced diet with exercise and water.

Each meal should comprise lean protein from fish, chicken, meat, eggs, soy; colourful mix of fresh veg. And that is it! Anything else is not actually required by your body.

When preparing a meal always go for the above first and then add a SMALL quantity of rice/potato/past etc if needed. Also, ditch all the sauces and dressings.

In the end, it will only work if you want it to.
