im in recover from anorexia and was just wondering if u over eat a bit just on the the random like today i was hungover so i ive eaten loada porridge and granerey bread cuz crazing carbs if thats going to put on weight i know most of its in my      head but i do feel and can see in the mirror that on these days and the next i look bigger.

When you don't eat exactly the way you should, forgive yourself for being human, reassure yourself that you are still just fine the way you are and move on.
 One day, even two or SEVEN days will not make lasting, permanent changes as long as you return to healthy eating and maintain that overall.

 Carbs don't put on weight anymore than fruits do - a calorie is a calorie. You add a pound when you have an intake of 3,500 calories more than your body uses (which typically means you'd have to eat nearly 6,000 calories in one day to gain ONE pound of 'real' weight).  
 I'm pretty sure you didn't do that.
