Question
Hello. I'm Ruby, I'm 18 and I'm having a little trouble with  my eating habits and such...
I have recently been told by a naturopath whom I went to see about problems with my stomach that I am intolerant to dairy (I already knew that though), soy, and a few other things. In order to improve my stomach and my over all health I have to go on quite a strict diet.. I guess kind of like a detox, for atleast a few weeks, and then I will be able to start introducing foods back into my diet (I guess that excludes dairy and soy though). The things I'm not supposed to eat are the aforementioned dairy and soy, tomatoes, canned foods, roasted toasted baked or fried foods, sugar, citrus fruits (except oranges for some reason)and a few other things. I was put on this diet when I was younger by a chinese doctor when my health was rather bad and recall feeling better for it... however, I'm finding it difficult to stick to it as I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I should be eating, how much and when I should be eating it to get all the nutrients etc that I need. Being on this diet makes it easy to just eat lots of starchy foods which I know isn't a good thing but I dunno what I should eat. Plus I am working full time as a baker and I start work at 3:30 AM, and it's hard to find the time/energy to prepare proper meals.
If you have any suggestions, I would be very grateful.
Thanks for reading,
Ruby

Answer
Hi Ruby,

Adult humans drinking cow's milk? Dairy intolerance should be considered normal, healthy.

No refined sugar, none, ever. It is linked to brain loss, bone loss, athlete's foot, yeast infections and there was fno diabetes before refined sugar.

Canned food is for immediately after a flood, earthquake, etc. Only. REHEATED roasted, baked or fried is to be avoided always. Microwave ovens are nasty.

Try not eating protein and carbs at the same time - carbs are digested by alkalis, protein by acids - they do not get along.

Lots of fresh produce, whole grains. More info at www.premiumfuel.com
