Question
Are there any foods that make the legs thinner?
I exercise and I think It's genetic that my legs are thick.

Answer
Hi Ava,
If it were this easy, I would be the first one stocking up on this miracle food!!!!! To answer your question, that would be no!   There are no foods that make your legs thinner.  However, eating LESS food,  and less calories would definitely help to make your legs thinner!!   But it's alot more than that!   You need to burn more calories than you consume.   And you need to do resistance exercise (weights or sports), combined with cardio, and a healthy diet.   Yes, your genetics are responsible for how much muscle mass you naturally have, but that doesn't mean you have to be stuck with "stocky-looking" thighs for the rest of your life.   I refer everyone to www.oxygenmag.com, simply because it has alot of awesome info for women, regarding fitness topics, and exactly the kind of questions that you've asked me!  I wish that I could give you a short answer, but if you want to achieve the results you are looking for, you have to do what I've recommend above.   And that takes alot of time to explain all of that info, so just go to the site, and it's all there for you to look at !   If you have any specific questions regarding your workouts, don't hesitate to ask me!
good luck Ava!
