Answer
First, I'd like to congratulate you on your pursuit of a  healthy lifestyle.

Regarding the cellulite in your arms, it is not typically found in the arms but in the lower extremities.  In addition, cellulite is not related to being overweight; average and underweight people also get cellulite.

There are risk factors for every condition including cellulite.  You have definitely taken care of the dietary and exercise components of the risk factors.  Therefore, you might consider these other factors.

Hormones play a dominant role in the formation of cellulite. Estrogen is the most important hormone. It seems to initiate, and aggravate cellulite. Other hormones including insulin, adrenaline, thyroid hormones, and prolactin have all been shown to participate in the development of cellulite.

There is also a genetic predisposition for cellulite that has an impact.  This includes a specific gender, race, body type, distribution of fat, and hormone receptor.

Thank you for your question, Angel.  I hope that my answer was helpful.
