please suggest me a proper diet

Question
QUESTION: hi..i'm Tanmay from india.i'm a 16 year old boy but look very unhealthy.my face looks extremely dried out,it lacks the 'glow'.my physique lacks
shape.. please suggest me a diet to improve my appearance.

ANSWER: Tanmay.
Thank you for choosing all experts and I would be happy to assist you. In order to do this, I need more information regarding your condition. For example, "unhealthy" is a subjective and very broad definition. Your face looking dried out could be caused from a physiological condition such as psoriasis or other similar skin condition. I do not understand what you mean by "glow" in your face. Does your face look pale? With your physique, I will need to know your height and weight, how often you eat and how active you are each day.

Regarding your face and skin considerations, at very least, I recommend eating fresh fruit and vegetables with low fat salad dressing at least twice a day. Avoid excessive sugar and caffeine. Avoid soda and other carbonated drinks if possible. Drink plenty of water and clear liquids.....gatorade, poweraide or related drinks.
Contact your physician before starting this program to ensure that you do not have any underlying health conditions that may be causing these problems *(such as high metabolism , hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, type I or type II diabetes, etc.).

Please reply with the following information and I will be happy to further assist you with your concerns of your physique.

Good luck and I look forward to assisting you again.
I also invite you to leave feedback as to the usefulness of this information.

Sincerely,

QUESTION: umm..i'm about 5'9 feet tall and weigh 105 lbs..ya my face looks very  pale. and looks bony and like i've been sick for a year..my body is very slim and a bit hunchbacked..and I consulted a physician and do not have any problems mentioned.

Answer
Thank you for the quick reply. First, eat fresh vegetables.
Drink plenty of milk. Depending on how long you have been
"hunchbacked" there may be no correction. You should eat boiled meat, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, one slice of whole wheat bread and drink low fat milk with each meal. Be sure to get the low fat foods. Get a Vitamin B complex suppliment and take it ONCE a day....once at the beginning of the day. Use anti bacterial soap.

Throughout the day, (about every 3 hous), eat ONE fresh fruit, a small glass of lemonade and a turkey sandwhich (rye bread very little dressing, I recommend low fat salad dressing). Do this between meals.

Eat breakfast....scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, no butter, a glass of milk, a bowl of cereal, no bacon (use fresh turkey slices or ham),take a Vitamin B complex vitamin  with your breakfast, stay very active

three hours later have the snack i mentioned earlier, stay VERY active, then another full meal, stay active......work as much as possible.

Do this for TWO WEEKS then let me know how you feel. DO NOT BINGE EAT.

YOUR DIET UNTIL WE GET MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR METABOLISM
SHOULD BE

BREAKFAST: SCRAMBLED EGGS, TURKEY SLICES, WHOLE WHEAT TOAST (TWO SLICES), NO BUTTER OR MARGERING, ONE BOWL OF LOW FAT CEREAL, TWO GLASSES OF MILK A VITAMIN B COMPLEX AND A FRESH FRUIT.

SNACK:

LUNCH: BOILED MEATS ONLY, CUT DOWN ON THE SEASONINGS SUCH AS SALT, USE LOW FAT SEASONING, HAVE A FRESH SALAD WITH LOW FAT SALAD DRESSING, HAVE TWO SLICES OF RYE BREAD, IF YOU USE SALAD DRESSING, LOW FAT OR FAT FREE. DRINK LEMONADE AND
HAVE ANOTHER FRESH FRUIT. NO B COMPLEX WITH LUNCH

SNACK:

DINNER: REPEAT LUNCH.

Contact your physician before starting this routine to make sure this will work for you. Let me know for sure if it is ok. If all is well, after we get your diet under control, message me back and we will work on getting you "in the shape you want to be in".

Good Luck Tanmay.
