There is a history of diabetes in my family and iam afraid if i dont do something fast ill develop it. I need help on a diet plan and a fast but effective workout plan. Thanks!

Answer
Hello Michelle.

Thank you for choosing all experts and thank you for your patience. First, a clinical nutritionist is vastly more
experienced in dealing with clinical disorders that myself.
My expertise is in how to enhance physical condition through
and with workout. With a history of diabetes, there is the
possibility that it is hereditary and you may be subject to
hyper or hypo glycemic occurances requiring immediate attention as well as many other medical conditions.

Generally as a rule, a Sports Nutritionist is advised not to
try to diagnose or prognose treatment for obesity. This is a medical condition that requires physiological and pathophysiological treatment. However, I will do my best to
find some answers for you and give you some tips for working out. Please understand I can not promise a solution to your obesity, merely an "overview" of how to get started. If for some reason I am unable to provide you with any information, I will give you some information on how to locate someone who can.

Please reply with the following information:

1. Height
2. Weight
3. Age
4. daily dietary habits
5. acute medical conditions (non or "single events")
6. chronic medical conditions (on going medical conditions)?
7. do you have a primary care provider (physician)?
8. do you have a clinical nutritionist?
9. do you have a personal trainer/fitness instructor?
10. what are your goals for a workout?

Thank you again for choosing all experts and Good Luck
