V8 Fusion

Question
I hate, repeat, hate to eat most veggies. I do like potatoes (yes even french fries!), corn, banana's and watermelon but that's it.  I am a meat and potatoes type of guy.  So, given that, are the V8 Fusion drinks any good for getting servings of veggies?  They are full of (natural) sugar so I am a bit concerned.

Answer
You will get some vitamins/minerals from the drink but the problem is that you won't get fiber and you won't get all the natural phytonutrients that are so important to good health.  Natural sugar is fine, it is the ADDED sugar that you need to worry about in foods.
I would say try to find more veggies that you can eat.  You don't need to eat them plain.  You can add them to soups, casseroles, etc... You can add tomatoes, green peppers or spinach to sandwiches.
