Question
My son is allergic to wheat, cows milk, and soy.  Can he still eat oatmeal? I wasn't sure.  I am having a hard time figuring out what he can eat since he is allergic to three things found in most diets.

  Thank you for your nutrition question.  Oats are usually less allergenic so they should be a good choice. The foods on the following list tend to be more allergenic.
