Will eating 1000 calories stop me from growing?

Question
I am a 15-year-old girl and when I was 14 I went through a period of restrictive eating. I ate about 800-900 calories per day and I lost quite a lot of weight. I'm really worried that by doing this to my body I've stunted my growth. I'm about 167cm (5'6?) and I don't think I've grown in a while- I'm not sure if this is a result of my eating or if this is my natural height. My mother is shorter than me however my dad is quite tall. I also have a 13-year-old sister and although she is younger than me, she is the same height and I have a feeling that she is going to get taller (She eats normally..more than 2000 calories per day).
I would really like to get a bit taller but I don't know if I can cope with gaining weight. At the moment I'm eating 1000-1300 calories per day. Is this enough to make me grow or do I need to eat more?

(Thanks for your help)

Answer
I hope it helps you feel better to know that your bout of poor nutrition has not contributed to any problem with your growth.  For something like this to happen, it would have to occur at a younger age and for a much longer period of time.

You're due another growth spurt between now and 18 to even your early 20's.  You're also right to be looking at your family for a guideline to how tall you might become.
