Hello I am a 23 yr old female 5'4 135 lbs.I have belly and love handle fat issues. I just started routine exercise. I had the problem of eating out too often! So what would you suggest as a  great diet plan where I could lose the most amount of weight the quickest?

Thanks for your question. First I would like to deal with the most important aspect- attitude!

Focusing on trying to lose weight very quickly will lead you to a diet that decreases your health and immune system and then means you cannot sustain it, which leads to yo-yo dieting. Not a good way to live your life!

The best and most effective way to lose fat, increase vitality and maintain bodyshape for life is to have a daily balanced nutrition programme supported with exercise and a positive outlook...please do not underestimate the huge effect of attitude.

With regards to nutrition, you want to have 5-7 portions of veg and fruit together with lean protein such as fish, chicken, eggs, soy. This is the basis of a healthy meal. Then add 2l of water and some extra vitamin/mineral support and you are practically at your best:-)

It is only by feeding your body the most balanced meals that it will naturally burn the fat and retain body shape (lean muscle mass).
