Bedtime Eating is not That Simple

Question
I am on a 1,200 calorie diet. I find I can stick to it easily is I restrict myself to 500 calories up until 10 p.m. and then eat 700, I sleep well. If I distribute it more evenly throughout the day, I blow the diet because I can't seem to go to bed and sleep without that late night nourishment. Can I lose weight this way?

Answer
