Which is Right?

Question
You might remember me. I wanted to lose 5-15lbs., at 100lbs, 5"1'. I do have issues with builmia, and it would be easier if I just knew which weight chart was right! If I could figure out where I could/should be in lbs., I could stop obsessing!

One chart says I should weigh 95 lbs. Another says it should be 100, 106, 110, 118lbs.! One chart told me it was 90 lbs. One doctor says 102, another 105, yet another 115. So which one or who is right? Is it just a range between 90-118 lbs.? That's an awful lot. . .

Answer
Dear Tif, You should weigh, on average, 105 pounds to 115 pounds. Muscle mass and bone structure are different in every person, so there is no way to have an exact number like you would like to have. Stick with your present weight, eat a healthy diet and take a multivitamin to ensure you are getting your daily vitamins. Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
