Hi,
I am 23 years old.I am drinking a glass of milk one hour before i go to bed.Is there consequences i will gain weight.If so i want to discontinue that.Is drinking milk before we go to bed increase fat contents in our body.

Hi,
That will depend on your overall nutritional program as well as your exercise program. I don't see a big concern with drinking milk right before bed, but if possible try to go with skim milk to have the reduced calories as well as fat.
