Losing 5 pounds in 3 weeks


Question
I am a 15 year old guy and I weigh 130 pounds.
And I am around 5'7
Most of my weight is muscle.

I was just wondering how can I lose 5 pounds in 3 weeks?

Brandon, You are already under or at a normal weight for your height, so I don't think you should try to lose weight. Any weight you do lose, will be partly valuable muscle. Losing valuable muscle, will ultimately lower your resting metabolism making it easier to gain weight in the future.
