are there things that i can cut back on (like small things) through the day that people might normally eat to lose some weight?... and i don't know much about calories... how much should i be taking in? i am currently 5ft 9in.... i don't know if that helps... do things like apples and milk have a lot of calories?... is water the best to drink to lose the weight because i hear that juice has a lot of sugar....(any info on some small tips that i can improve) thank you
