1500 calories a day, no weight loss

Question
I'm very frustrated.  I have been dieting on and off for over 20 years now.  I'm 38.  5 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 240 lbs.  I know that I need to make this a life style not a "diet" and the older I get the more my concern has shifted from looks to health.  I have hypothyroidism that was diagnosed about 13 years ago.  Other than that I'm fairly healthy.  No high blood pressure, etc.  For the past 2 weeks I have been keeping a food diary and keeping track of calories. I stay under 1500 calories a day. I also do a cardio/weight training program 6 times a week.  I lift small weights, lots of reps.  I also drink at least 64 oz of water a day.  I do feel better however the scale has not changed at all...not even one pound.  Why?  What can I be doing wrong?  I don't expect to have 10 lbs gone...but I do expect to have a least 1 lb gone.  It doesn't make sense to me that someone my size would have no result after two weeks.  Don't get me wrong, I do feel better.  Its always been easy for me to make excersizing a bit of an addiction and it feels really good that I'm doing it.  What can I be doing wrong??  I also try to eat as naturally as possible.  Help.. :(
