hi, ive been training mma for awhile and decided to take it out into amateur competitions to see how ill do
and im 6'0 flat 180 pounds and i need to match a weight of 170 for the middle weight division and i need the best way of dropping 10 pounds to make the requirements without losing muscle

i need best nutrition facts to losing weight and mostly fat

Hi Joey,

The principal is very simple actually.

You need to increase your protein intake especially straight after exercise. the exercise should be resistance style.

Then, as long as your meals are not sugary or high in wheat and dairy products, make sure you are actually eating ENOUGH food. Too many people cut down and that leads to disaster.
