Schedule fit for dieting


Question
I want to try either one of these diet plans (Special K diet/Slimfast Optima diet). The problem I have however is that I can't find a diet that I can adjust to my schedule. I work 3:30pm-12am. Therefore my breakfast/lunch is at like 10 or 11am and dinner is at like 7 or 8 pm. Any ideas?

Dear Amy, It's the total calories per day that count, not exactly when you eat them. It's not a great idea to eat your biggest meal at midnight before you go to bed, but you can eat it at 7-8 PM while you work and still lose weight. Breakfast is at 10 am, lunch is at 2 PM and dinner 7-8 PM or when you can fit it in at work. Try to walk or exercise in the morning right when you get up. If you can do cardio before breakfast, you will lose weight faster because the body will burn stored calories instead of the calories you just ate breakfast.
