Answer
Hi Kia, You might be able to lose 30 pounds by June 26th, but not 40-50 pounds. To lose weight, you will have to follow a 1500 calorie per day diet and walk every day at least 30 minutes above what you are used to walking at work. The walking you do at work is OK, but when you get off work, or if you work evenings, get out and walk 30 minutes extra. Keep track of every food you eat, and write down the calories. Most foods will have the calories on them, if not buy a book at Target that has the calories figured out for you. You are not losing weight now, because you are eating too many calories.
Hope that helps, Laura Kraemer,Slimkids.com
