hi i was wondering whats a good way i ca lose 40=50 pounds by july 1? if 40 is too much whats a reasonabl amount and how can i lose it? im 20 female just in case you wanted to know

Unless you are severely obese, and have never exercised or dieted before, a 40-50 lb weight loss by July 1st (3 mos) is very unreasonable for the average person.    You didn't say your height and weight, so I don't know how overweight you are.   If all you need to lose is 40-50 lb, then you definitely won't lose all of this in 3 months.   You should be achieving a 1-2 lb weight loss per week, which would be 4-8 lb per month, or 16-32 lbs within 3 months.   And this would be with regular, consistent exercise and a healthy diet with no junk food, alcohol, etc.
