Please help!!! I lost lots of weight overtime to be healthy. I have gained everything I lost back (50 lbs.) I was wacthing my cards, good protein, less sugar and lots of exercise. Now I am going to meet a distant boyfriend face to face for the first time. He has been looking at pictures of me from when I weight 140 lbs. I am now 195 lbs. My butt is swollen again. Can I lose the weight to get down to at least 147 by July without killing myself?

Answer
Everyone wants to lose weight super-fast. I tell everyone the same thing... HEALTHY weight loss with proper diet and exercise is going to be a pound or two a week. So by July 1st you're looking at around 8 weeks, or 16 to 20 pounds. You just can't lose 50 pounds safely in 2 months.
